About the position

As a spare parts person/customer reception at our company, you will work with the latest technology in heavy vehicles.

The role is varied and includes daily customer contact, where you become an important part of ensuring high quality, efficiency, and good service. We offer an interesting and varied job with development opportunities in an engaged team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales and handling of spare parts
  • Collaboration with the workshop and colleagues
  • Administrative tasks related to spare parts management
  • Customer reception and customer support

Who are you?

You are driven and responsible and have a genuine interest in vehicles and customers - especially heavy vehicles. You have a solution-oriented work approach and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. With your accuracy, flexibility, and customer focus, you contribute to our customers receiving world-class service - every time.

Qualifications

  • Technical high school education in vehicles - heavy vehicles or construction machinery
  • At least three years of experience from the heavy side
  • Experience working with spare parts
  • Good computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

Meritorious

  • C driving license
  • Experience with GDS
  • Economics education
  • Experience in customer reception

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probation period. Interviews are conducted continuously, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
